I'm not a guy but...
Okay, so I'm a girl, but I'm a girl that likes girls, so I will answer this question too.
I am assuming that I'm already into the girl that is trying to get my attention, and this is just the thing that puts me over the edge.
I love it when a girl is passionate. If you can draw me into a conversation (it can be about anything really) and just make me feel your passion, and make me see the world through your eyes, and make me as excited as you are about something, god I love that feeling. I love how you need to lean closer to the person, I love how the talking gets so excited that you start interrupting each other and talking at the same time. I love how you forget the time, and your face gets flushed, and your heart starts to beat faster, and all I want to do is reach out and kiss this amazing person sitting across from me.
Now, if you can't do that, then accidentally touching me with your boob also gets my heart racing. I'm a boob girl, and I am very aware of where all the boobs in the room are at. Can't help it. Just the way my brain is wired (and this is meant with all the respect and dignity in the world for the beautiful and wonderful women who are in possession of those boobs). So if you choose to lean past me and "accidentally" brush your breasts against my arm, or reach across and your breasts just so happen to be right by my face, my mouth goes dry, my heart races, my face flushes, and darn it, if your goal was to get me thinking sexy (but respectful) thoughts of you... your goal is accomplished.
Btw, this only works for women. Guys accidentally pressing their package up against me doesn't actually get me all stirred up, unless I've already slept with you. Don't know why, just one of the double standards in our society. I wonder if I should feel guilty about that?

Worst thing is when you're trying to talk to someone new and they just are not THERE with you...they're paying attention to the room (bar, restaurant, party), or looking you over more than listening. You can tell when they are really listening. It's in the eyes.

If someone whispers something sexy in my ear...I'm pretty much done! I definitely need to be attracted to you from the start...it's not like I'll melt for every woman in the world. But if you're my type..and you pull this move...you're golden!

It's not like there's this one trick tha...
It's not like there's this one trick that if ANY girl does it I'm instantly melting for her. There's many girls out there that I will absolutely not hook up with. They're just not my type or I'm not attracted to their personality. So for them, it's not like they can just pull some special move and instantly change how I feel. Chemistry is Chemistry.
For girls that I am either attracted to or at least would be willing to hookup with...a good move is to give me a quick kiss on the lips instead of the cheek when you're saying hi or goodbye. I think this is an innocent way of telling me that you're interested in more than just being friends. Usually when I see girls I'm friends with we'll either hug each other or one of us will kiss the other on the cheek. If you give me a nice quick kiss on the lips...doesn't have to be provocative...it's definitely gonna get me thinking and at least wondering.
