I've had a lot of success doing this in foreplay. Instead of jumping right into the act or going right for the "gold' start off by doing a little teasing. A little nibbling around the area that brings the most pleasure.

So for oral sex...don't just go right at it...tease the area. I've done this with girls I've been with and they really love it. I've had girls do this to me and I love it to.
