Welcome to Leftos.com, a resource and anonymous social network aimed at breaking down the communication barriers between men and women. The following Terms of Use outline your obligations when using Leftos.com. You can also view our Privacy Policy to further understand our policies and intended usage of the information you provide to us.
Acceptance
The web pages available at leftos.com (“Site”, “Website”), are owned and operated by Leftos.com L.L.C (“Leftos”, “We”, “Us”, “Company”). By accessing or using any part of our website at www.leftos.com, you (“the User”) signify that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”, “Agreement”) whether or not you are a registered user of Leftos. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement or our Privacy Policy, please do not use the Website.
Leftos reserves the right to change, modify, add, delete, or replace any part of this Agreement at anytime, at our sole discretion, and without further notice. If the Terms of Use is changed for any reason, those changes will be posted to this page along with the date those changes were made. You, the User, are responsible for reviewing and regularly checking the Terms of Use to view any such changes. Use of the Website by you following any changes to the Terms of Use constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth in the Terms of Use as modified.

Eligibility
Use of The Website and registration to become a member is void where prohibited. The Website is intended only for users age 13 or older. Any registration by, use of or access to the Site by anyone under the age of 13, is unauthorized, strictly prohibited, and in violation of this Terms of Use. By using this Website, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. In some cases, sexual nature may be displayed, therefore we strongly recommend minors between the ages of 13 and 18 years old ask and receive their parents’ permission before using the Site. Your account may be terminated without warning if we believe you are under the age of 13, or have misrepresented your age in any other circumstance.
User Conduct
You understand and agree that the Site is available for your personal, non-commercial use only. You promise to not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this Agreement, or any other purpose not reasonably intended by Leftos.
By using or accessing this, and therefore agreeing to these Terms of Use, you agree to the following rules of Conduct…
1. You will not use the Website to abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other Leftos users;
2. You will not post, transmit,share, or make publicly available any content to any part of the Website that is considered by Leftos to be infringing, libelous, defamatory, obscene,unlawful, inflammatory, vulgar, violent, an invasion of one’s privacy or publicity rights, racially, ethnically, or religiously offensive;
3. You will not post, transmit,share, or make publicly available any content to any part of the Website that contains explicit nudity not within the intended use of the site for educational and informational purposes. Leftos is not a pornographic site and although some content will be of a sexual nature, any content deemed too explicit or graphic will be removed immediately at our sole discretion;
4. You will not post, transmit, share, or make publicly available any content that violates any law or right of any third party;
5. You will not exploit any individual in a sexual or violent manner;
6. You will not post, transmit, share, or make publicly available any content that creates a privacy or security risk to any person;
7. You will not post, transmit, share, or make publicly available any content that you know is false, misleading, unlawful, or promotes illegal activities;
8. You will not post, transmit, share, or make publicly available any private information of any third party, including, but not limited to addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, Social Security numbers and credit card number;
9. You will not post, transmit, share, or make publicly available any content that furthers or promotes any type of criminal activity or enterprise or provides instructional information about illegal activities;
10. You will not post, transmit, share, or make publicly available any content that contains, or links, to software, viruses, or any other computer code that is designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware;
11. You will not post, transmit, share, or make publicly available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, solicitations, promotions, “junk mail”, “Spam”, “Chain Letters”, “Pyramid Scheme”, links to off-topic websites or content, or any other form of solicitation;
12. You will not post, transmit, share, or make publicly available any content that violates the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademark rights, contract rights or any other rights of any person, company, organization, or any other third party;
13. You will not solicit passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other Users;
14. You will not collect any email addresses or other contact information of other users or use any electronic services or other means to do so, for the purposes sending unsolicited emails or other unsolicited communications;
15. You will not register for more than one user account, or register for a user account on behalf of any other individual, group, organization, or any other third party;
16. You will not falsely represent yourself, or impersonate any other entity other than yourself;
17. You will not use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Site from performing any of its functions;
18. You will not bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Site;
19. You will not use automated scripts to collect information or interact with the Site in any manner;
20. You will not attempt to alter rating results in any way, such as soliciting other users to rate a particular item higher;
21. You are responsible for keeping your password secure;
22. You acknowledge that you are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
23. You will not use the Site in any way that inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the site, or may expose the Company, its employees, or its users to any harm or liability.
Account Termination
Leftos reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership, delete your profile, and remove any content or information that you have posted on the Site at its sole discretion, without notice or liability. Any violation of these Terms of Use may result in such termination or suspension, although Leftos is not obligated to disclose reasons for termination. Leftos will likely terminate a Users account if that User violates these Terms of Use repeatedly. Termination of your account, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. If you would like to terminate your account, you may discontinue using the Site, in which case all conditions in this Terms of Use which by their nature should survive termination, shall continue to be enforceable.
User Content Posted to the Site
As a registered user of Leftos, you may submit textual content ("User Content", “Content”). You understand that whether or not such User Content is published, Leftos does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any User Content. You understand that you are solely responsible for all Content you publish or display on or through the Service or the Site, or transmit to or share with other users.
In connection with User Content, you affirm, represent, and/or warrant that: you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize Leftos to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to any and all User Content to enable inclusion and use of this Content in the manner contemplated by the Website and these Terms of Service.
You understand and agree that the Company may, but is not obligated to, review the Site and modify, change, moderate, delete (with or without notice) any User Content in its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, including without limitation User Content that in the sole judgment of the Company violates this Agreement.
When you post User Content to the Site, you authorize Us to make such copies thereof as we deem necessary in order to facilitate the posting and storage of the User Content on the Site. By posting User Content to any part of the Site, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to the Company an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, fully paid, worldwide license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, excerpt (in whole or in part), stream, store, retain, transmit, scan, modify, edit, adapt and distribute such User Content for any purpose on or in connection with the Site or the promotion thereof, to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such User Content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing. If Company chooses to remove your User Content, the license granted above will automatically expire; however you acknowledge that the Company may retain copies of your Content. Leftos assumes no responsibility for monitoring the site for any reason. If at any time we choose to monitor the Website, we nonetheless assume no responsibility for the Content, no obligation
to modify or delete any Content, and no responsibility for the conduct of any user submitting such Content.
You acknowledge and agree that any and all User Content or other information about the Site or the Service provided by you to Company are non-confidential and shall become the sole property of Company. Company shall own exclusive rights, including all intellectual property rights, and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of these Submissions for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you.
Your Use of the Site
All content on Leftos, including without limitation, User Content, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, interactive features and and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein, are owned by or licensed to Leftos, and subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under the law. All User Content on the Website is provided to you as is for your information and personal use only and may not be reproduced, displayed, copied, distributed, sold or licensed for any reason whatsoever without the prior written consent of the Company. Leftos reserves all rights not expressly granted in and to the Website and all Content on it.
Disclaimers
The Content on the Site is provided "as is," and on an “as available” basis, without any warranties whether express, implied, or statutory. Such warranties include, but are not limited to warranties of title, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement of proprietary or third party rights.
Your use of the Website is AT YOUR OWN RISK. We make no claim that any content on the Website is appropriate for any specific purpose or audience. You acknowledge that Leftos has no control over, and has no obligation to take action with regards to (I) which users gain access to the Website (II) what effects the Content may have on you or how you interpret or use any content (III) any actions taken by an individual as a result of any direct or indirect exposure to content on the Site. You release Leftos, its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, partners, affiliates, and information or content providers from (I) any liability related to your personal, psychological, medical, health, dietary, nutritional, financial, investment, legal or other decisions based upon any content on the Website (II) any liability related to content on the Site considered inappropriate, obscene, or graphic.
We do not make any warranties, nor do we endorse, support, or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Site. We do not make any warranties that content on the site is free of errors or mistakes. Furthermore, we cannot monitor all content on the Website, and therefore you release Leftos from the obligation to monitor any content on the Website. We also do not warrant that the Website will operate error free and that access to the Website will not be interrupted or that the Website or our Servers are free from malicious viruses, computer code or harmful software.
YOU UNDERSTAND THAT LEFTOS IS A SITE CONTAINING THE OPINIONS, ADVICE, INSTRUCTIONS, STATEMENTS, EXPERIENCES, AND OTHER INFORMATION FROM LEFTOS, ITS USERS, AND THIRD PARTIES. THIS CONTENT IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THIS CONTENT IS NOT FROM CREDITED OR LICENSED PROFESSIONALS OR SOME OTHER AUTHORITY, AND WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND CONSULTING SUCH PROFESSIONALS OR AUTHORITIES BEFORE USING ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE.
Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand that in no event shall Leftos or its officers, directors, employees, agents, or suppliers, be liable to you under contract, tort, strict liability, negligence or other legal theory with respect to the Website or any content for any lost profits or special, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever resulting from (I) your access to and use, or inability to use the Site, substitute goods or services, (II) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content, (III) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any personal or financial information stored therein, (IV) any software bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or any other malicious computer code which may be transmitted to or through our website by any third party. The foregoing Limitation of Liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Therefore some of the above limitation in this Limitation of Liability may not apply.
You and Leftos agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim, dispute, or cause of action related to this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim, dispute, or cause of action occurred or it will be permanently barred.

The Website or third parties may provide links to external websites or resources. Such third parties are not investigated, monitored, checked for accuracy, appropriateness, offensiveness, or reliability by us. Leftos has no control over such websites and resources and therefore you acknowledge and agree that Leftos is not responsible for the availability, the content, advertising, products, services, or other materials on or available on such websites or resources.
Privacy
The privacy of our users is very important to us—your privacy is our priority. To view our Privacy Policy, click Here. By accessing or using the Website you are providing your consent to have all information you have provided to Us, transferred to and processed in the United States of America.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leftos, its subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, employees, affiliates, licensors, contractors, and partners from any liability, damage, costs and expenses including attorney’s fees, debt, claims, obligations, and losses arising from: (I) your use or access to the Website; (II) your violation of any conditions set forth in this Terms of Use by you, or any third party using your Account; (III) infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity, by you or any third party using your Account. This indemnification obligation will survive these Terms of Use and your use of the Website.
Jurisdiction
The Website is controlled, operated, and offered to you from its facilities in the United States of America. Leftos makes no representations that Leftos is appropriate or available for use in other locations. By accessing or using the Website, you agree that the laws of the State of Michigan will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute, claims, or causes of action that may arise between you and the Company, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, shall be brought exclusively before a court of competent jurisdiction located in Oakland County, Michigan. If you access the Website from any location outside of the United States of America, you are responsible for your compliance with the laws of that jurisdiction.
